Is The Range open to the public?

Yes, we welcome members and non members to shoot with us. You need a state issued ID and must be over 21 to shoot a handgun, unless you are with a parent or guardian. You must be over 18 to shoot a long gun, unless with a parent or guardian.

Do you have memberships available?

Yes, you can join and start saving on the cost of using the range. You also will be able to enjoy membership specials and events.

What is your refund policy on classes and private lessons?

We have a very strict refund policy that applies to all classes and private lessons. Please be sure that you have read and understand the policy before enrolling in a class. If you have a conflict and cannot attend a class, please contact us immediately. 

Terms of Sale: Payment in full due at time of enrollment to secure your space in the event. 50% of enrollment fee is nonrefundable.

Student Cancelation: More than 3 Days in advance of class date
If a student cancels more than three days before class the student has the following options:

  • Receive the refundable 50% portion of their tuition fee via credit card refund.

  • Receive a tuition credit in the form the 50% refundable portion of their tuition payment to be applied to a future class or products. (Does not expire. Not refundable for cash after issue.)

  • Transfer enrollment in full into a future class in the calendar of events. Does not extend into next calendar year or yet to be published event.

Student Cancelation: Less than 3 Days in advance of class date
If a student cancels in three days or less before a class, that student’s tuition in forfeited and cannot be applied to any other class.

The Range Cancelation: In the event that The Range cancels an event you are welcome to the following options: 1) a full refund of your enrollment fee, 2) transfer into another class or private lesson, based on availability, on the current schedule of your choosing, 3) store credit.

Natural Disaster or Restricted Travel at a State or Federal Level: Should the State of Tennessee, declare a travel ban, natural disaster, or state of emergency or should other travel bans be implemented by State or Federal authorities which may require the cancelation of a class The Range will reschedule an identical course within the next calendar year. No refunds will be issued due to a State or Federal travel ban related class cancelation. If students cannot attend the rescheduled course, they should contact The Range to identify alternative courses of action.
